Community Fitbit Shop ships worldwide with no hidden fees. This Shipping Policy explains our delivery timelines, order processing procedures, and what to do if your package does not arrive as expected. All orders placed on communityfitbitshop.com are subject to the terms below.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after you receive your order confirmation email. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays. Orders placed after 2 PM Eastern Time will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, domestic and international orders typically arrive within 6 to 12 business days. Delivery times vary by destination, customs processing, and carrier delays. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, as weather, postal delays, and customs inspections are outside our control. If your order has not arrived after 15 business days from the shipping date, please contact us at support@communityfitbitshop.com.
Free Worldwide Shipping
All orders qualify for free shipping. There is no minimum purchase amount. We do not offer expedited or express shipping options at this time. Every order receives the same standard shipping service regardless of destination.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking information is provided via email as soon as your order ships. If you do not receive tracking information within 4 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder before contacting us. Some carriers may take up to 48 hours to update tracking status after the package is scanned.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Community Fitbit Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after tracking shows delivery confirmation. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office. We will assist with filing missing package claims but cannot issue refunds or replacements for delivery confirmed orders without a formal investigation from the carrier.
Customs and Duties
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. Community Fitbit Shop does not collect these fees and cannot predict what they will be. Please check with your local customs office before ordering if you are concerned about additional charges. Orders refused due to customs fees will be refunded minus the original shipping cost we incurred.
